Licensed in Maryland and Washington, D.C., AnnMarie is especially passionate about serving older adults and their families—offering thoughtful, steady support through downsizing, relocation, estate sales, and next-chapter decisions. Her core service areas include Northwest Washington, D.C., Montgomery County, Howard County, and Prince George’s County.
Originally from Trinidad and Tobago, AnnMarie came to Washington, D.C., in search of opportunity—and made the DMV home for good. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Systems Management, grounding her real estate practice in systems thinking, advocacy, and exceptional client care.
