He studied Business Management and Paralegal Studies at the University of Maryland, grounding his practice in sharp contracts, thoughtful negotiation, and client advocacy.

Originally from Baltimore County, Maryland, and a Washingtonian for more than 25 years, Lloyd knows this region the way long-timers do—block by block, cycle by cycle.
