Frances, better known to many as “Phrann”, started her Real Estate career with 4JRE in January, 2025. Her areas of expertise include the Trinidad, Eckington, and Navy Yard neighborhoods in the District of Columbia, along with Montgomery, Prince George’s, Charles and Anne Arundel counties in the State of Maryland.
Frances gained over 20 years of DMV real estate knowledge, by working for local title companies and government agencies. Outside of real estate, you will find her creating cocktails, designing fashion, and spending quality time with her children. Although she is from the sunny shore of Cocoa Beach, Florida, “Phrann” loves the swag that the DMV area brings and has been a resident for many years.
