Everything is within 2-3 min of walking.
The house itself is a HUGE, 6 bed/3 bath building that has a spacious living room, TWO fridges, lots of natural light, a well-sized room, a nice backyard, and an unfinished basement. Everything you need to have a good hang with your friends, live comfortably in your room, and everything for an amazing price.
Lastly, the owner is an amazing landlord with many satisfied tenants in the area. Unlike many property management companies, you can reach out to the owner directly and he answers!
